Taylor & Francis Group announces new publishing partnership with the American Society for Quality for 2018

Taylor & Francis Group and the American Society for Quality (ASQ) are pleased to announce the expansion of their publishing partnership in 2018.

Taylor & Francis will publish two more journals on behalf of the society: The Journal of Quality Technology and Quality Management Journal. This will bring the number of journals published in collaboration with ASQ to four, with Taylor & Francis already publishing Technometrics and Quality Engineering.

ASQ, based in Milwaukee, Wis., was established in 1946 and is today a global community of people dedicated to quality, who share ideas and tools to change our world. Consisting of nearly 80,000 organizational and individual members in more than 140 countries, ASQ has the reputation and reach to bring together the diverse quality champions who are transforming the world’s organizations and communities to meet tomorrow’s critical challenges.
The strengthening of this partnership will significantly enhance the existing journal offering for Taylor & Francis in the quality research field.

Leon Heward Mills, Global Publishing Director at Taylor & Francis said: “We are proud to strengthen our partnership with ASQ and welcome these important titles to our portfolio. ASQ’s drive for quality in organizational and community settings aligns with Taylor & Francis’s mission for excellence in science, technology and engineering publishing. We are eager to provide ASQ with an enhanced platform and international reach for the most successful dissemination of their industry-leading research.”

Seiche Sanders, Editor in Chief and Publisher at ASQ, commented: “We are thrilled to further expand ASQ’s strategic partnership with Taylor & Francis to two more of our academic journals. The enhancements and features to the journals’ online presence will provide readers around the world a world-class experience, and will increase access by individuals and institutions to the ideas, emerging concepts, and research contained in these well-established publications.”
